I recently took the drivers side seal off to facilitate removal of the pillar trim for routing a new wire. I was surprised how much drill swarf dropped out of the headliner on seal removal. My seal wasn't glued at all and went back on a treat. Maybe on build they have a mastic gun on standby just in case??? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!!

Yup, Justin, that's exactly the problem I have. I too thump them back into place but will buy some contact adhesive too.

The thing is, with the seals sagging a bit, it's just yet another route for water to creep in, trickle down and soak the carpets! And now autumn/winter is on the horizon i want to get it done.

Let me know how you get on and which adhesive you bought, Boy!

Thanks all.

Seb

I used this as extra sealing on my Snorkel....Worked a treat, is clear and should do the job you require it to...
