Does "should the customer express concern" mean that I can request it BEFORE it sprays all my oil over the engine bay? One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

Nop, In LR point of view and in my own experience, this means that the customer are express concern because the oil IS sprayed in the engine bay.... Cheers Eduardo MY 2007 110 SW PUMA 2.4: Big Fog of 64' MY 1994 Jayco 1207 Folding camper: "El Tremendo" Click image to enlarge |

My Brake Vac pump failed last weekend. I just got my vehicle back from Land Rover with a new pump - but it has LR012183 stamped on it.
The new service bulletin states a part LR006782 - so have I had the 2nd edition, which is presumably faulty still, pump put on rather than the 3rd edition newest pump? |

They say that Land Rovers dont leak oil, they have an automatic oil renewal system, the old oil runs out the bottom so that you can replace it with new oil from the top. Maybe they have now installed an automatic engine bay anti-rust treatment

Many years ago (my first Land Rover in fact), when I went to buy it, I pointed out the leaking crank main oil seal to the seller - the response was a classic:-
'it’s not an oil leak, it a Land Rover fully active underbody anti-corrosion system - you'll never have to waxoyl the front of the chassis'. He had a point……... Greg Currently: 2013 90 2.2 Puma Base Station Wagon 1991 90 Tdi 2015 Discovery Sport 2.2 |

I guess the catastrophic leak starts with it weeping. Where do I find the vacuum pump? I'd like to try and catch it before the event.
Thanks, Bosun |

I HAD A LOOK TO MINE AND THE NUMBER UNDER "WABCO" SHOULD END IN "XP", AS FOR THE 1ST VARIATION (SECOND TYPE). I ALSO NOTICED OIL STAINS AROUND IT! I GUESS I HAVE TO RING THE STEALER.
