Hi Andy- I was looking at your post last night, it looks spot on. Just struggling with the size of iPad mini with case, it's just slightly too big for the ram mounts for the mini. They seem to cater for sleeve but not a rubber case.

Like the look of that link but again it doesn't give max dimensions. iPad mini with case on is 6" wide.

It works with a 7" even in a case, and the Product size (mm) :

85x180x95

So thought it would do the job. You could ask Alistair at Tallon the question Thumbs Up

May have to do that. The size 85x180x95 doesn't make any sense, iPad with case is 215 x 150.

That's the one I was looking at but it's max width is 146.5mm, mine is 150 with the case on.
Not sure if a bigger one would adjust small enough.

Wonder how accurate the 146.05mm is, no doubt ram been ram it will be spot on.

RAM all the way for me... I have one for an iPad Mini and it is a great setup with Memory Map and TomTom for offroad and onroad navigation Thumbs Up Defender 90 TD5 County -
You need only two tools in life: WD-40 and duct tape.
If it doesnt move and it should: WD-40.
If it moves and shouldnt: duct tape it.
