Vented the way?
With a sticky ns front caliper an overhaul is imminent, looks like I’ve had non genuine calipers fitted at some stage.
So while I’m looking into a set of used genuine ones to rebuild and make all pretty I’m wondering if I should go for vented?
While I’m overhauling is it considered an upgrade to fit vented discs? Pros and cons
Also I’m wondering what defenders came with vented discs? 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

I’d go vented all the way much less brake fade if you are a little excitable with the accelerator

Lucari solutions have genuine complete sets available for circa £125

You can buy a full set of stainless pistons and seals from optimil

I’m in the process of rebuilding the ones I just brought from them with the stainless pistons

A 2010 2.4 USW should have vented front discs anyway.
