Brake fluid low? - this puts the handbrake light on as well. Ian IRB The home of the first modified Keswick Green 90 - and the first 2.4 Puma through both the 200bhp and 550Nm barriers. www.IRBdevelopments.com www.facebook.com/irbdevelopments www.integrated316.com www.facebook.com/integrated316 |

As stated above, the same warning light is used for low fluid. Steep downgrades especially when braking may activate it as the fluid runs to the front of the reservoir.
If your pads are worn to bare metal you'll get a grinding noise, and the level will be low due to the piston extension in the calipers. |

low fluid
handbrake cable too tight sticking shoe combined with low fluid pads shot is the grinding noise only going down hill, only under braking or all the time? Cheers James 110 2012 XS Utility 130 2011 M57 bespoke Camper 90 2010 Hardtop 90 M57 1988 Hardtop |
