Go for BFG AT's. Great on and off road and as quiet as a church mouse - I should know about that as I live in a converted church with plenty of the little furry chaps I don't like the look of the new GG AT2's - they look like a road biased tyre to me. Bob |

Had a day of work. Saw it was a nice day, perfect for giving Big Black a much needed clearout...
Went to the pub instead. |

Got a new windscreen fitted and the air intake cover fell off. (Although not at the same time...)
Cover looked to be a bit loose, touched it to see if it was actually loose and fell on the floor. Sort of an excuse to get a snorkel methinks |

Drove to the Land Rover dealer and ordered a D4............sorry!!!!
We are due to pick it up in early Dec. Didn't really want to change but the wife is now the main driver and she struggles with the Defender, especially as we live 500 miles from Calais and i'm going to Afghan in March, so i crumbled...fantastic car though! All I ask is that you don't dis-own me. You lot are a friendlier, less clicky bunch than the D3 lot!!!! Again I'm sincerely sorry!!!! Ian |

It could be to do with the clutch going on the Defender again. Can't risk it being out of warrenty while im in Afghan!
