ti-fat-man, Your spot on with your observation! Before heading into the 1500k/m of corrugated road, we opted for the Kaymar because we already had issues with the weight on the rear door! One of the best mods we have made!!! |

I've not had much luck with stone chips with the Defender... Got one on the bonnet the day I picked it up with only 19 miles on it! Hopefully Gavin and his speciel resin will be able to sort it, don't fancy a new windscreen that could open up a whole new world of leaks! Will they not replace it under warranty? |

picked mine up from the garage yesterday. It turns out the slight whine from the gearbox was a collapsed bearing which had over heated 5th gear. All sorted now though, much nicer to drive!
Hopefully fit my safari tomorrow! |

Spent most of the weekend removing all the rear carpets and trying to find out where the gallons, not joking, of water got in the back when driving home from Yorkshire on Friday. I think the floor panel is the culprit, door seals seem OK. Front was fine, well done Yeovil LR the new foam seal under the windscreen has fixed the front footwell leaks at last
