Greeni - Is that really called for? Rolling Eyes

LRA - No different, the only thing is if they are riveted on and you get a load of something splashed up the inside window it'll stay there unless you drill the rivets out just to clean it up.
That said, they are good for security but you still need to keep glass clear where present. KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

I guess if that's likely to be an issue then use self tappers or rivnuts and bolts. Darren

Indeed, that's my point that is all. No problem then and no issues either way, a couple of screws would be no problem to whip off to clean behind.
Thumbs Up KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

I deleted it before you commented, as I thought it wasn't called for.... but you obviously saw it.

If detailing is your thing, fine... I applaud you for your patience and time spent polishing your truck, your attention to detail and enthusiasm, everybody has their 'thing', totally acceptable.
There's even detailing forums out there apparently.

But a photo of a mudflap.... I actually asked Martin to remove me from the site.

My post was purely intended as a joke I love detailing though I do not often have the time to perform it Smile

However, your mudflap screen saver was short lived as being so bloody hot here I have now changed it to Martins excellent ice cream cones Laughing For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

You have to hand it to Land Rovers they even cater to vampires.

The holes in the mesh are 2" ■
It wouldn't be too much hassle to clean them with one of them 'sponge on a stick' detailing thingies, but small rivnuts would be the smarter choice.

I like Greeni's sense of humour.

Glad he's not leaving.
