Dropped the Defender off at my local main dealer for a very nice freebie, they noticed the last time I took it in that the centre caps supplied by Twisted when I brought my wheels were more blue than black, so said drop it into us and we will respraying them for for nothing so they look more in keeping

Monday, got the thread on the transfer case sorted. It was due to be helicoiled but the garage said it wasnt far off the next size up in drain plugs, so re-tapped, new drain plug and fresh oil (the old oil only a couple of weeks old) 1999 Defender TD5 110

Not this time. I was at Ty Croes for a rally. Next is August for me 1999 Defender TD5 110

Here's mine a great car very much like the TD5 discovery in size and comfort but with a 247 bhp 3.0L V6 and a eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox |

Not my pics, though I was there, there was a ditch from field to field between hedges, the fast boys with clever suspension (Reiger, independant etc) and longer wheelbase.. usually around 106" can hit it at full speed and soak it up, the old buggies like these with basic suspension were bouncing and landing sideways, digging in and flipping.
