Finally got some spacers to replace the million washers and some nice shiney new nuts and bolts for the steering guard!

the bonnet will probably be going up for sale, in fact I have a big pile of parts that I need to put up for sale. Everything from chequer plate cill covers to led headlamps to safari 5000 spots to a bars (metal and brand new genuine rubber one) to side steps, genuine grille sets etc  all needs to go as the garages are getting full. Ray

Great customer service from labcraft! I bought a scenelight s17 for the back of the csw about three years ago and in the last few months it has decided to shed its skin a bit leaving me with this
Click image to enlarge A few messages to labcraft and some pictures sent of finish and warranty info and they sent me out a new one FOC
Click image to enlarge Apparently they had a problem with a batch from their refinishers A few years back. They were very helpful and professional and got the new one out to me quickly
So if your after good quality lights I’d recommend labcraft Ray

New vent flaps put on today so no more cracked paint and dents, also they actually fit in the vent hole centrally now too which is good! Can’t wait to get the new bonnet and the windscreen surround painted now.

Rear axle oil seal decided to give up this week so it’s going in for both sides replacing on Friday And new pads as they were drenched
so I cheered myself up by giving it the first wash it’s had in a few months

Then if i fit one i'll want aircon too

It’s a genuine one I picked up second hand and had resprayed at the same time as the rest of the front end parts. Ray

Very nice. Did you respray it all with a spray gun and compressor or are you a rattle can pro?

I didn’t paint any of it this time, it got ran into before lockdown so the insurance paid for it painting at my local bodyshop. I just got some extra bits together and had them done at the same time then put it all together myself. Ray
