Thanks for the contact details for Pete. Thumbs Up

Also finally pedals put on the CNC, machined, then anodised a dark graphite and finish machine the top surface. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Very nice, the only thing i would do is texture the surface so your feet dont slip off the pedals 2004 TD5 Defender 90 xs station wagon

Very nice, but to abide by mot laws you need some sort of rubber on the brake peddle to stop your foot slipping.

Finally got started fine tuning a lot of annoying things. Fitted 2 new heated recaros with pull out bases onto some new rails, then started to remove the rear seats. Later in the week the fun will start as the bulkhead bar is going in and the rear seat boxes get adjusted, then new carpet. and a few other goodies!

How are those seats for comfort, I mean i am thinking about fitting those seats in my 110 but cant think if i should spend the money and get those or get the Elite seats!!

Making steady progress, fitting the carpet now and first seat back in. nice to seat more of the silver seat backs! then just to added the trims, pity the windows didnt get done at the same time.. Sad

i think the recaros are great for comfort.

Have you got a link for the carpet you used? Nearly finished dynamatting mine and have no solution on good carpet.....have 3 seperate rolls under the bed from 3 differennt sellers and they are all more like gauze.

Great work on the transformation. ===================================

I went with mega van mats velour trim to try and avoid the "fury" effect, seems ok and fairly close the front landrover carpet. I only have it under the seats as the floor will stay just Dynamat and the load area mat. pM me your address and I will send you a decent sample if you want?

Bit more done today, carpet finished, dynamat in the back floor and then the front seat box. Decided to use an Entreq bar to trim over the lip behind the bar, and just trimmed the rubber floor mat a little.. Just need to bolt the recaros in for good now and the second rear seat. Will take some better pictures when it all done but really pleased.

Cheers Chris,
Attention to detail is what makes these mods look right.

Both seats not back in,
just waiting to fit the second back seat unitl the landglass goes in. The seat mod panels differ slightly as the 45 degree lip doesnt run the full length so you end you with awkward little faces to carpet, rather then waste time trying and to avoid any edges i just trimmed so 5mm mdf panels over these and then the seat bracket cover sit nice and tight up to these. Also i can then screw a few clips into the mdf for holding bits and pieces. Then a well deserved wash and pulled in for a bit of wax.
