DG - assuming you've swapped your Speaker LED lights for the later ones with integral marker lights, do the new ones have the polycarbonate lens?

Glass is better.... Thumbs Up

Query.....

They all look fantastic and the light they throw is too. I am only too well aware of the vulnerability of glass.... Whistle I saw the polycarbonate lenses at the B & W show and personally am glad I have the glass ones. It will be interesting to get feedback about the polycarbonate lenses from avid offroaders and from hotter climes to see how they stand up to the rigours of scratching, hot sun etc....I was wondering if the lenses may go opaque after a while?

Straight from the horses mouth so to speak.....

Glass I agree over all would be the better material the only issue that isn't so great that I can think of right now is impact resistance / stone chips. Before my current polycarb spots there was glass lensed Ring units on there and obviously a stone chip hit the lense and it effectively smashed it ruining it. It looked like it had been shot Shocked
BUT glass cannot be so easily scratched but then again also how likely is that going to be... Not very IMHO. I'll stop talking nonsense now Whistle $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

My Audi is 10 years old and has polycarbonate lenses. It's done 100,000 km and the lenses are unscratched and crystal clear. Assuming that modern polycarbonate is even better... Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

DG - From that, I'm assuming that the model with integral marker light is only available in polycarbonate and not glass?
