2011 - Only 5000 miles but stop start around town everyday Sad So used constantly, no issues, works just dandy Thumbs Up

Gearbox good also, never used the transfer box Embarassed Need to apparently before it has a seizure Thud

(Best to use it every now and then Wink )

First clutch plate got broken a week ago.
Two of the springs came out and were blocking the pressure plate to operate.
Today the car is driving again.

nope, but my little back street garage/friend has commented that the springs falling out is a common fault on the transit so probably the same fault here

Australia 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 SW Chawton White
October 2007 Defender. Clutch replaced at 20,000 Km. Now has 48,000 Km and no problems.

January 2011 Ford Transit. 37,000 Km and no problems with original clutch.
