2008 - 89.000km
First clutch plate got broken a week ago. Two of the springs came out and were blocking the pressure plate to operate. Today the car is driving again. Y 2009 one at 25,000 km changed for the new design due to rattle. No more problem.

nope, but my little back street garage/friend has commented that the springs falling out is a common fault on the transit so probably the same fault here

October 2007 Defender. Clutch replaced at 20,000 Km. Now has 48,000 Km and no problems.
January 2011 Ford Transit. 37,000 Km and no problems with original clutch. |
