You don't need a 'tool'. just a suitably sized bolt with a matching nut and washer.
In the factory they just put the whole flap on complete with nutserts loosely on the bolts and buzz them up tight ... |

I would say a knackered clutch reduces the value by far more than the £500 it would cost to replace it. |

take the radio out, remove the two torx screws then give it a good pull. (it's retained by some spring clips.) |

that's them, they may be solid, but they could still be levered off with a crowbar or long bit of timber. Criminals wont have much regard for bodywork damage if they're just nicking the headlamps. |

It's probably easier to buy some used side/rear panels then swap those over. The VGS glass will be worth more if it's pre fitted to panels. |
