Just a quick update: it's now booked in for the head gasket  so fingers crossed it's just that they don't find further problems. |

If you are refering to the connector with the purple cable in the very right end of the defender, then it's fused under the seat (fuse 2). Sometimes the fuse is missing.

Thanks, Max. I'll go on the hunt tomorrow night or if I get a chance in the morning. I'll report back with what I find but I'm 99% sure I checked all the fuses to be on the safe side.
