Overland Trailer Castings
Hey,

I've just started my journey building an overland trailer, and for my life, I can't find a supplier for the square castings. I've tried all the usual companies service metals, aalco, etc, but I am struggling. I've seen plenty of round-corner ones but non-square ones.

The image attached is the style I'm looking for.

Well there was a supplier of what you are looking for at the Adventure Overland Show (Stratford on Avon) only last September.
I remember talking to the guy. He made his own 'Junctions' from Alloy or Stainless.
He ran a small bespoke engineering company.

I can see this reply isn't much help, but it does tell you they are out there. I will do some digging.

Thank you so much. This little bit of information might get me to the product.

I've been trying everything you can think for trying to describe them but not getting anywhere.

I spoke with the guy and had a good chat with him, but unfortunately, I'm too far along with my build, as his castings are structural, not just for aesthetics.

Where my boards meet and corners, it's something like this that I'm after to cover the joins.
