	It definitely reduces heat. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in the south, it is worth it. As for anything else, I doubt that it makes a difference.

	I used to own a Discovery 4 and now drive a Defender 110. I would never switch back. For me the new Defender is a much better vehicle in every aspect.

	All terrain tyres are usually a lot worse in snow/ice conditions than all weather tyres. All terrain tyres are not made for snow unless they have the 3 peaks/snowflake symbol.

	I have dealt with 4 different LR dealers here in Germany and all of them have been very good. Much better than Mercedes or BMW.
