| It's about six weeks old, original lr part. I'll take it out and inspect it properly, is there anything I should be looking for? |

| I'll try that. I didn't remove it completely from teh tank yesterday as I wasn't sure why it wasn't coming up easily, didn't want to damage it, I'll do it asap |

Interesting, definetely not an empty tank though, there's at least 40 litres in there.
So a lower resistance would indicate more fuel, is that correct?

The sender unit is also new, just checked with the guy that fitted the new engine.
Tank was filled and has done around 150kms since.
How do I check for resitance?
