Rear output shaft seal .... that's the one that leaks into the handbrake, and only requires removal of the handbrake and drive flange, right?

Right..
Got the t box out and intermediate shaft just came off in my hand!
It had completely reeased from the adapter 'cup' which is bolted to the main Gbox output shaft!

One question; no mention of the exhaust segment having to come out to remove t box?
I'm assuming it does need to come out?

check the bushes on your radius arms, your shocker bushes, the ball joint on the drag link and the same on the track rod.
