Hello,
Ball, spring and cone shot out of the connection on the vaccum pump. Which way round did you replace them???? (Mine is a 2009, 2400cc engine)

It is the pulley above the fan pulley to the left. between the fan and the AC pulley.

Yes, no problem. I used standard aluminium rivets again, but I am keeping an eye on them. The original ones were steel rivets, but they obviously didn't work very well as 2 of the 3 were missing

| That is how it started with mine, just when the AC was on and then the noise would stop when I turned the AC off. Then it started to make the noise all the time. Now for several months it is OK again. |
