I need to replace one of my injectors, the #1. The spring is bent, what could have caused this? The only reason I found out, was after I removed it to replace the copper washer & o-ring.

OK I found what I was looking for.

The heat exchanger inside the oil cooling casing of a TD5 uses two gaskets, (BS120) 2.62mm x 25.07mm Viton / FKM o-rings.

The banjo bolt washers are M22 dowty ...

I think I've possibly found some part numbers, but they only correspond to a seller in Australia.

BS120 .....which appears to be the Viton o-ring

BD233 .....which appears to be a dowty washer
