Same idea as others.
How about a bike lock and U lock, secure the bike lock to roof rack and the wire round the handles.

Ok so my front washwipe pipe I think must be bunged up.
Nothing coming out of the jets, tried a pin, clicked the plastic end piece off and nothing coming out at all, I can hear the pump working.
