The seat belt warning is a setting that can be adjusted with nanocom, off / timed / switched.
No idea on the second problem - but if you can connect it back up in a D2 for a nanocom just go through ... |

And yes there's a built in speaker on the back of the D2 instruments - tho the chimes might be bcu controlled - the D2 wiring system is actually very simple |

I wouldn't fit a low coolant sensor to not have to check level - I would regularly anyway - it's more for when I'm sitting at 120 on motorway and the pump / hose lets go- I'll know immediately, not 1 ... |

Yeah, I had to grind a little off it to get it fit through tank cap and out through hole I bored. There's smaller / neater float switches around though, it's a question of finding something that fits ... |
