IMO outlets should be as close to stock pipe as possible i.e. as big as possible - to not increase resistance in pipe for gases.

I have Blue Sea Battery switch (1) - (2) - (1+2) - (Off) and Automatic Charging Relay. Will it work Ok if I connect ACR to contacts 1 and 2 of switch on scheme:

Had such problem last summer. I insulated gearbox tunnel, seat bases and cubby box floor. Problem solved.
