The support from Gap and Patrick in particular is second to none and you can also ask any questions in here and I'm sure somebody will be able to help you Thumbs Up

Have just received my Gap Tool and fired off a few questions to Patrick. With time delays (Canada to Australia), I thought it may take a day or 2 to get sorted. Nope - almost immediate responses to my questions.

So yes, excellent service and a great device. I had a nanocom for my Disco, and while it was ok, this is streets better. Much more intuitive and responsive.

Does anyone else have an incorrect tire size in their CCF file? In our 2023 with 18-inch wheels, it's correctly listed at 18-inch wheels with the right dimensions.

Our 2022 has 20-inch wheels from the factory, but the CCF file says:

MultiCAN-597 TyreSizeCorrnFac
255/65 R19 A/T TYRE

I suppose it doesn't really matter since I would have never known but for the IIDTool, but I'm wondering if my recommended tire pressures are displaying correctly in the dash display.

yes, same with mine. I wonder if this accounts for the discrepancy in the speedo - seems to be out a bit.

There is no difference in overall diameter between 19” and 20” (ignore offset and width, just used the calculator for tyre measurements)

It looks like there was an update to the app last night, but any changes must be under the hood so to speak as the ccf reading is unchanged when compared to the last update. Cheers Ian

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the thread. I successfully ran some updates this evening including dynamic mode (with the red gauges).
Only thing I see is that I can’t select dynamic mode using the rotary dial after pressing the button to select modes. I have to physically press the touchscreen. Is this normal?

Yes, I think that's normal, i.e., mine behaves the same way. It's also like that for Auto.

Do you have a 2023? I have a 2022 with the full digital display cluster and cannot get the red gauges. I get the red interior lighting, etc., but no gauges. We have a 2023 with hybrid analog/digital cluster and it does get the red gauges. I'm wondering if the red gauges in the cluster is only for 2023.

Yes it’s a MY23. It’s was built in July just before MY23.5 came into production.

I was surprised Dan when they turned red. Fully expecting them not to. Sorry!!

Has anyone tried the engine power setting. Obviously most likely too good to be true but I was thinking that it should be possible to change it to a 300 given that software is the only difference.

Ermmm 😳 I did change it to 300/700 earlier and went for a drive. No faults came up but it’s so icy I couldn’t tell if it was any different. But it didn’t blow up Laughing

I have also been able to enable the Dynamic Driving Mode and the Dynamic-I Setting icon, advance tow assist, and 007 startup screen.

Would you mind sharing the advanced tow assist option settings? I have the electronically deployable towbar and would like to enable tow assist.

Cheers!
Adam.

getting in on this thread, super useful.

I did a quick diff w/Forza's dump (we are both MY20 L663) and found that the only diff I could find related to ATPC was this one. Interesting.

If anyone wants to send me their dumps, I'd be happy to start aggregating diffs.

Mine is current as of B2936-71.

Interestingly the Dynamic mode codes didn't work for me, so still lots to learn.
