Has anyone found the setting to allow the keyfob to open the rear door (for those of us with soft-close)?

I believe it's this one, but it doesn't show up for me even under Unsupported.

No MultiCAN-745 doesn't show up for me either, I have been trying all the settings that I could find that relate to rear door and non of them seem to work and one of them disabled locking and unlocking of the car from the buttons on each handle.
Kyle how do you think MultiCAN-745 is the correct one to change? I've searched the ccf for the remotereleasetailgate that is mentioned in that video but it doesn't exist in the GAP software, he is obviously using something else as he is doing it via a laptop. I seem to recall Patrick telling me that they hadn't uncovered all the parameters yet (although I may have imagined that as I can't find it in my messages  ) Cheers Ian

It's showing up now in the latest beta version, but that's the one setting that will not upload for me. I'm just guessing that's the one...hoping is probably the correct phrase.
There are also some additional ACC values that are showing up and I'm testing those now. For some reason though, when I make a change to 745 and try to upload it, the app just sits there at 0% and never does anything. I'll let y'all know what I find on the other settings. Btw, I think Simon is using either a home built software or something else other than Pathfinder. The few screens I've glanced at aren't Pathfinder and they're definitely not Gap related. I have the cable he uses and I've been able to sniff via wireshark, but don't have the time to re-invent the wheel myself on code. Thanks, I didn't realise there was an update to the Beta software, I've just updated and I'll give 745 a try in the morning
Yes I have that cable also  I know there was a guy earlier in the year who was selling ccf editing software for the 2017+ vehicles but he was charging £150 and you still needed Pathfinder to upload the edited file. I know Simon has also mentioned that he is friendly with Mo from LR Retrofits so I don't know whether he is supplying Simon with some software. Cheers Ian

MultiCAN-745 doesn't enable the button on the key to open the rear door and what's more for some reason it gives a fault of Emergency Braking Assistance not available! I've reflashed it just changing MultiCAN-745 back to not enabled and the brake fault disappears

Also looking through the new beta version it looks like some more acc settings are available
MultiCAN-712 ACC Lead Car Distance Display Not Fitted MultiCAN-712 ACC Stop Gap Select Not Supported MultiCAN-712 ACC Accel Profile Select Not Supported These setting are what my car shows so not 100% sure this is the answer to the people having problems setting it up. Cheers Ian

That is weird. Well, we can chunk that setting in the bin. I could never get it to upload that change to my rig anyway. Just locked the app up...now I'm glad it did.

It uploaded without a problem ie it didn't lock my app up but not the result I was hoping for
No luck on TR2 yet, hopefully there are some more hidden parameters that Patrick can uncover that will allow it Cheers Ian

So, "Lead Car Distance Display" is set as not fitted, but you get the distance gaps shown on ACC I'm assuming? 20MY Defender 110 Fuji White

Yes I get the graphic in the centre drivers screen showing the distance to car in front in bars

Now I'm starting to think Rover are just frickin' with us. Remote Tailgate kills emergency breaking, ACC settings do nothing. It's probably something like "MultiCAN-999 RoofTopBeerChiller = Fitted" at this point. 20MY Defender 110 Fuji White

The required setting will be in there somewhere, it's just a case of finding what goes with what. I enquired with a company called Venture here in the UK about enabling TR2 and they asked for my VIN, I sent that over to them and they said they could enable it but were going to charge me around £400 to do it
 So I'm sure it can be done, eventually Cheers Ian
