Coolant leak
Spotted a coolant leak... Well more of a coolant pool on the floor after a 20min run down the motorway.
Traced the coolant leak to the area under the turbo(pooling on the little ledge under the turbo). There appears to be a rubber hose just under/around the turbo area that links two metal pipes, one of which comes across from the back of the head. I think its this pipe that is leaking,

Trying to find a parts diagram that shows this pipe to get a better idea. Any ideas? 1999 Defender TD5 110

Sure it’s not the screw in plug under exhaust manifold?

Here’s a coolant parts diagram. https://www.lrworkshop.com/diagrams/land-r...oses_52976

I’d also consider looking harder at the screw plug and the three frost plug things under the manifold. Thumbs Up

The one I have pic’d leaked on my Td5 and showed under turbo, but looks dry screw plug looks dry as heat from manifold dries it. Much easier to spot if no heat shield and/or no webbing in exhaust manifold like I now run.

Cheers for the picture that makes it easier to locate now I know were I am fondling!
After another look and use of my mobile phone, my initial suspect, the pipe does show some pink staining on one of the spring clip (as you look from the passenger side wing, its the left hand spring clip.

Pesky turbo and heat shield are in the way! 1999 Defender TD5 110

Update: Took the 110 to my local garage and they found the rubber pipe had a pin hole and was leaking from there. Pipe now replaced. Fingers crossed! 1999 Defender TD5 110

Also worth noting, one end of the pipe is wider than the other end. 1999 Defender TD5 110
