Hi,, The privacy was done by a local firm,, have used them many times,, cost ? no idea, as was paid for by the supplying dealer Whistle

The alloys are a very similar shade of grey,, had them a while, and just coincidental they are grey,, just a spare set for offroad work etc

Love the last post picture in comparison to POST no 1.

Tints really improve the look - going to do the same this week.

John - you must do the tints.

After an abortive attempt at fitting a Raptor cubby box which turned out to be too big for a Puma I took the plunge and ordered a Nakatanenga under cubby safe following a look at bpman's at the L2B.

After taking the original cubby box out I confirmed what others had said - you can use the two existing rear rivnuts in the seat box cover but not the front pair.

It comes with a pair of rivnuts which aren't the same size as the originals and are too large for the holes in the safe which seemed a bit daft. I drilled out the holes in the floor of the safe for the supplied bolts and rivnuts and drilled two new holes in theseat box cover.

Next problem was the lack of a rivnut tool - Following a look on the internet U found info on a 'home made tool' which worked rather well Thumbs Up

Diag of tool from the web.

In use.

Fixed rivnut. John

Trimmed the carpet around the new rivnuts and put some bolts in the redundant rivnuts at the front.

I fed the 12v feed and earth for the sockets under the carpet and through one of the original holes.

Wired up and bolted in place. John

When I test fitted at the start I decided it was better with the wooden spacers removed from the bottom of the cubby box. The only problem with this was the thickness (or rather wafer thin-ness) of the recessed holes that the bolts pass through in the floor of the cubby so I decided to add an extra bolt which meant an extra hole through the base of the cubby and the lid of the safe.

Extra hole in lid.

And the extra bolt through the base of the cubby box under the cup holder.

Job done Thumbs Up John

It spent two days back at Lancasters this week - picked it up this evening.

It had three issues;

The 'handbrake' rattle was still there on occasion - better since they stripped and adjusted it last time but still happening now and again. It has now had a new drum and shoes so we'll see how that goes.

The bolster on the drivers seat back had collapsed so you were resting on the metal frame (I know I'm big but it hasn't happened on any others). New seat back supplied and fitted.

Rear off side passenger door motor was sticking a bit and not always unlocking. New motor and latch fitted.

All under warranty, no hassle and washed before collection Thumbs Up

Still very pleased with the service. John

Can't remember but someone else had the same issue, I did as well. Haha you are lucky to have the whole seat back replaced when I took it in they had to send photos of the damage to LR UK and wait a week to confirm warranty repairs which consisted of only replacing the foam inside the seat back. It was due to me resting my elbow on the cubby box and leaning to one side of the seat I think raising the box would fix this as it's starting to happen again Big Cry . Or cough up and buy better quality seats and replace them. 2012 Fuji White 110 Flattened

Hi JSG ... My security box should arrive next Friday! Smile From where did you get the "juice" for those 12V sockets? Lighter, radio or straight from the battery ? Regards

Hi, I have fitted an aux fuse box next to the battery and run a feed direct from the battery to that. The feed to the sockets is then via a fuse from the new box under the capet to the sockets. John
