To the best of my knowledge a tank guard is not compatible with a NAS step.
If it was a 110 I would suggest a replacement tank with bottom double skinned, however that option is not available from our normal supplier. I would be interested if you find a solution. Brendan |

Hi,
I’ve got a tank guard from Mantec UK. Very good quality but i had to cut away a bit from the sides to make it fit with the NAS Step. The two side bars from the Step to the front did not clear with the tank guard. If you look here http://www.supertweaks.com/image/cache/dat...00x600.jpg you can see what I mean. I got it electroplated for protection. Regards Tom |

Hi 2010Blackdefender90
The Mantec guard will fit a 90 with a little modification as dotom said but you will also need to remove1-2mm of the aluminium guard around the area of the three fixing bolts on the underside of the cross member to allow the NAS step to fit over it. Click image to enlarge |

Also if you have a rear anti roll bar fitted or especially if it’s an uprated one, I would also consider some spacers 8-10mm under the roll bar bushes, or cut a recessed slot in the guard to make sure the roll bar will not foul on the tank guard.

It'll be from YRM, who make lots of alternative or uprated metal parts. Try here as a starting point:

Hi
The one in the picture was made by Mantec and I modified it to get it to fit with a NAS step, unfortunately I don’t think you can get them any more. The YRM is a replacement tank cradle opposed to an additional guard. |
