Battery clamp fixings

Bit of a long shot and to save me having to check.

Does anyone know the thread type, dia, and length of the battery clamp to battery tray fixings?

I remember someone on here replaced them as the extended versions can catch on things or get in the way.
On mine due to live battery outputs I’d rather replace those two factory fixings as there is a risk if the battery shifted the two could contact so I have insulated the clamp fixing for some time.

Something like torx button head fixings would be ideal or something along those lines, then they are well out of the way and just as secure. I always carry torx bits and a cheap socket set anyway.

Suggestions welcome.

2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Stornoway Grey

At a guess I would say that the thread is almost certainly an ISO M8 x 1.25mm (coarse series), i.e., a "standard" M8, but I haven't actually checked. If so replacing the ultra-long factory special bolt (YJH500020) with something like an M8 x 1.25 x 25mm SHC or hex-flange-head screw would be very straightforward.

If I get the chance later on I will have a look.

2002 Defender 110 Td5 DCPU Keswick Green

I am almost certain the battery retainers on my Td5 (threaded tent peg type things) are M6x1.00 as i replaced the nuts with wingnuts.

Thank you for the replies, mines a 2.4 Puma.
No idea as to if the battery tray is the same as a TD5 though.

I seem to remember they were more along the lines of a coarse thread on mine like Blackwolf suggested.

Update on this I checked mine today to be sure in the end as I was a bit confused as to the a definitive answer.

On mine 2.4 Puma they are M6 x 22mm L exc head with standard pitch.
I expect 25mm L May fit as well though but I’d go like for like.

Max fixing head / flange dia is 16mm of flat surface on the clamp area. TheThunder Rolls🇬🇧🇺🇸

Fitted today, M6, 22mm Long. Standard thread fits perfectly.

I fitted Ti drilled hex bolts with flanges and a little corrosion block on threads.
A 1/4” screwdriver style driver and appropriate socket fits well and good access too. TheThunder Rolls🇬🇧🇺🇸
