Puma Bonnet
The bonnet that is on the Kahn defender is that a Puma bonnet? Also what is the best year of the D90 if I decide to do the Corvette engine swap? And what is the most practical corvette engine to put in? Practically meaning easy to install.

United Kingdom 2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Galway Green
If you are doing a LS engine swap there are lots of threads on here about the various ones fitted, there are loads on instagram as well.

Regards the best year your conversion will result in most of the running gear being upgraded so the best year is not as relevant as chassis, interior and body condition even the newest defenders are 5 years old and some are already well worn.

post 2008 Pumas interiors are all pretty much the same with limited editions having some minor seating and trim improvements, XS spec generally gives heated screen, seats, aircon, electric windows, tinted glass, traction control and ABS.

The lower spec models didn't have ABS or traction control and for all those that did it improved in 2011, stability control appeared a bit later. DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy
