The first two won't cause limp mode.
Third one won't cause limp, only over/underfuelling. The last two will and look to be an issue with the turbo actuator or variable turbo geometry vanes. I have read that the actuator wiring can chafe/wear through near the connector so check there first. If all ok, disconnect the rod between actuator to turbo (remove one c-clip - be careful not to lose it!) then start the engine and see whether the turbo actuator (black box) motor wiggles back and forth. Give it a prod and it should try to return to centre. If that seems ok feel the rod/lever at the turbo end to feel for smoothness of operation. If it's notchy/sticky then you have internal turbo issues. > 110 XS Double Cab |

You can see in this video the actuator is trying to act and move the rod but there is resistance at the turbo end meaning the actuator/rod cannot move. You want to check that both actuator and turbo end can move freely
