It basically says the D200 is an electronically clamped version of the D300

It’s a good thing for those of us with a D200 if that’s true.
Not just because you can ‘upgrade’ for a couple of hundred quid but also because you’ve effectively got an engine with a built-in 50% stress margin. |

and its a trip to EU land for this tuner, that could be a problem at the minute
maybe it will be replicated by a UK tuner, or they will appoint a UK agent |

Happy easter to all of you!
I have ordered last September a Defender D200 and hope that she is arriving soon. After the experience with my D4 with 211 hp where I have also planned to remap and never did because there was no feelable power lack to the 240 hp powered version. An other reason is that I really feared the loss of the land rover warranty. But 330hp and 720Nm seems interesting Driving to ShifTecFrance would be not a problem during summer vacation but.... After losing engine im my Disco 5 after just 30.000 miles I would like to know: Have you any experiences with this tuners regarding their warranty on the drivetrain? What is with remapping after a software update made by LR-dealership? Have I to drive then to the shop or is it over the air? That’s a great find. BAS will be working on this for sure. May even be some of their lovely intercooler lovely ness in the pipeline too. Who knows ...
But that’s a big saving on list to have a 700nm 330bhp base D200. 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |

In the UK, the best remapping sites I've found tend to provide a circa 50BHP boost on the D200 - not quite reaching some of the figures in this email thread.
