I've got the gap at the bottom too but I thought it was on purpose. It keeps my feet warm no matter where the vents pointed. Thumbs Up

Strange! My 90 has a square hole and the vent covers all of it. There must have been a change of size at some point in production. As you say though, it keeps warm air going to the footwell regardless of vent position Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Thought I'd update the thread to say I have no machined vent kits left.

IRBdevelopments have some stock left (as of 2nd of Feb) and think Defender Upgrades have now sold out but might be worth contacting.

I have a few machined nozzles left, so could make up some hybrid kits if there was demand (with 3D printed base) - price £45 including UK P&P.

3D printed kits are also available to order Thumbs Up

Thanks for your patience on the hybrid kits.

Mrs Grafty caught covid from work and so we both had to self isolate for 10 days. Then, on day 10, I got symptoms so had to do an additional 10 days isolation Thud so haven't been able to get the kits made up.
