Help ID some parts please - Puma
Ive just completed a rebuild of a output shaft with a Ashcroft unit
Runs great and feels like I have a few extra Hp off the lights Smile

Noticed a few issues while having my head under

1) There is a water drip from a unit that seems to be artached to the heater cable - its dripping coolant

2) There is a oil leak ( clutch oil ..not sure if thats a thing , but def some sort of oil ) from this plastic sleeve when ever the clutch is pressed down

3)Front Axel seals seem to be leaking ? thats what I am calling them , but they may be called something else

Could someone please help with this info

Re the heater control valve. It’s a common fault but changing the valve out is simple. See https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54969.html for a good discussion on putting a completely different type of valve on (complex) or changing for the same type but sourced via ALFA ROMEO ,CITROEN, FIAT, LANCIA or PEUGEOT part numbers at a much cheaper price. Ie I purchased one for £27 .

Alternate part numbers.

ALFA ROMEO 77363342
CITROEN 6448P6
FIAT 77363342
LANCIA 77363342
PEUGEOT 6448P6

having seen your pic you have Vented Discs front brake you need to remove front and rear hubs to replace the disc so 4 new hub inner seals FTC4785 and 4 new locking nuts RFD10000

solid discs pads for the rear
