It was a bit of a PITA....Sad otherwise it would be all done. At least for this phase anyway. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Not something that *I* did to my Defender today, but my local independent (Engine710) carried out an Alive Tuning Stage 1 remap on my TDCi 90. And oh my, it's noiiiiiice Cool

It's obviously not a 'blow your socks off' kinda upgrade, but very noticeable, especially in 3rd/4th/5th I think. The drive feels so more much punchy & refined, plus gear changes happen much smoother. A lovely mod if anyone is thinking of it.

Also had my (half) 'angel eye' DRLs hooked up and I think it's looking rather nice.

From what I gather from others, it's minimal - like 30 or 40 quid or something. ‘08 Defender 90 Hardtop

Well Mk1, hoping all is OK?

Work progressing landscaping the garden. Lots of errands, including a tip-run, materials run, sandwich run, and a run (With a view) to pick up a 3.5t winch after a small ‘mishap’. Shocked Whistle Wasn’t me BTW Thumbs Up

Tip.

New Gwyn Lewis A Frame ball joint, the old one was split and seized solid so i let the chaps at Engine 710 have the joys of getting the old one out.

You probably want to get that brake pipe back into its clip before too long.
