The rear wings were looking rough around the edges , so cut them off . Tub is all but done too . Need to get it out of the garage for final line up and tighten . Few jobs I gonna look at in the future , move the rad to the rear , get a winch in the front but not sticking out by a mile , might even get a tube arse end too , but time will tell . One thing noticed , I have to remove me roof to get it into the garage , when I remove all excess weight , I can’t get it in at all , may look to going back to the series screen idea

Cheers dude after a days graft it’s hard work in the evenings sometimes , in the mean time , I have repositioned then tank to the rear , but have raised it to prevent damage at the pit , this will free up the area for a rad and poss central winch . Will weld it all up another night

Here there , yep the snorkel worked perfectly , although I still don’t think a snorkel is required unless the lake is 4ft plus deep , you can see the air intake is clear because of the bow wave , the pic here is when the lake is deeper , snorkel is needed then

Yes i did notice the vent was visible but you just never know if there is a sudden hole but for sure you need the snorkel when over 4ft deep Clayton.

Lots of small garage visits today , the drivers side of the tub is fitted and I spent a little time lining things up , behind the scenes are much stronger Ali brackets , bigger bolts and bigger rivets , so much stronger now , more odds n sods ordered , next up , do some wiring
