Having a quick online search Iv seen many full rubber ridged covers for other shocks that would do the job with a tie clip to secure. Iv also found Velcro covers but out with the UK. I might even see if my existing plastic covers will be able to be used.

Only problem is moisture build up etc, prolinx (who import fox in the uk) have some but they are for competition use only so after each event they are removed and clenaed,
this is who i got the washers from to make them hopefully fit. |

Are the washers currently being used top and bottom, not able to be used again with the fox? Haven’t had a chance to look at them yet though.

Mine came without any nuts or washers... not exactly impressed opening a 360 quid rear shock that didn't come with new nuts / washers... alive did say they'd send some but never got any.
saying that i've been meaning to buy these which i will right now... https://yrmit.co.uk/product/316-stainless-...r-classic/ while your at it don't fancy some adreneline 4x4 turrets so you can see the fox's in the wheel arch? |

Taxed the car and first thing I did was install the roost shields, but of engineering required due to the remote reservoir, not made easy by both my ramps being blocked with non running cars but managed to protect the shafts anyway.

I have these shocks as well and now you have me concerned.
Has anybody managed to source a supplier of these shields in the UK? Thanks 2016 Defender Landmark 90 2005 Defender CSW TD5 90XS |

Yeah few chips in the shafts can eat away at the seals then the dampers will be leaking in no time at all... |

Prolinx supplied me with the washers you need to fit the shaft guards, otherwise it won’t work
So make sure to ask for these when you buy the shaft guard... I’ll get a pic later |

I have just been onto prolinx and they say the washers that were provided were experimental only and they dont have anymore.
They are waiting on feedback to see if there is any demand for them? 2016 Defender Landmark 90 2005 Defender CSW TD5 90XS |

Daft question, but I assume you have to remove the shocks to fit the guards? I can get a screw driver into the back of them off not??
