Guys - I'll PM you my location.

Had some rather odd stalker stuff recently!

Arranged for a non stalking detailer Wink to come and see me - he never turned up (I waited at home) and gave me a pathetic excuse. Others just haven't got back to me or don't seem up to the job (a few questions and they are stuck).

I had a bird cr4p on the car (BM) two days ago - I always wash it straight off but this has damaged the paint (about 1.5" by 1/4") for some reason - used every product I have (P1 polish, supagard bird lime remover, Zaino Z5 pro, etc) but it's still there. It needs rotary polishing but I'm considering just buying one and having a go myself!

DOTE, I recently bought an EP800 rotary polisher, If you want to try it then I could post it to you.

A safer option would be a dual action polisher, less chance of burning the paint, or probably more likely on a Defender, going back to bare metal Laughing

A DA takes longer and can't correct everything that a full rotary can but it is safer. BM's used to have hard paint so correction with a DA can be a long job.

I have used my DA on SWWHBO's Porsche, hard paint like a BM, and got exceptional results so it can be done.

Something like this.

He's gone Warpig, err, general apathy from members (to put it politely!) towards him saw him go!
