Try fuel pump relay and its associated connection. Yellow relay under the drivers seat.

You may see evidence of heating of the connectors. The relay holders can be taken appart to tighten up the terminals, there is a split retainer underneath that once removed allows terminals.
There should be 2 yellow relays one for the fuel pump usually the rearmost one, the other is the main relay. you will work out which one by pulling the relay and listen for the pump stopping. |
