Wheel & tyre combo looks great on the 110 It could be me but I have a set of Zu's with the 255/85 Toyo Open Country on and I'm not convinced they look right on the 90 Rob

Went to Caffeine&Machine at the weekend. Had a thoroughly good day out. Saw some fantastic cars, had PRA by a nice standard puma 110, spoke to a bloke with an Austin Sprite which had a 4 inch exhaust through the bonnet and went for a b-road blast in my friend's 400hp Evo. I enjoyed how little judgement there was, with people appreciating everything from low riding Audi A3s to Lamborghini Huracan Peformantes.
I know posting Toyotas on this forum is taboo, but this one was a little exception to the rule I hope! I'd be open to meeting some of you and having a defender meet there. It does, although I'm not sure if the front overhang make it look like the suspension engineers didn't share their thoughts with the bodywork guys until too late.

Modern Toyota monstrosities should certainly be taboo on this forum, but I’m not sure 60s/70s Toyota LCs could ever be, they’re things of beauty. Monsieur Le Grenadier
I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

Finally cleaned the Heritage inside after the end of the shooting season. I also went over the outside with a soft cloth and noticed the bloody windscreen surround is starting to bubble again- third time. How difficult is it to strip, prep and paint properly? Grrrrr.

Greased my prop UJ's today in my spare lunch time. Not my most favourite job but a job that needs doing.
Need to give her a wash soon too, hopefully the weather will settle down for a bit shortly. No Guts, No Glory. 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

Yesterday I was the designated driver for a bunch of us going to Cheltenham so the Heritage has an outing. Without a beer coat it was bloody cold. I had a third and two firsts, so not all bad.
Today we have a house full of kids so we went out to dinner, again the Heritage required. I also went for a spin and a dog walk after my daughter’s parents / teacher meetings today, the joy of a 14 year old is the gift that keeps giving. I care not what the achievement scores are as long as the effort grades are up there, sadly they were miles off....in year one of GCSEs. Running out of time. Very frustrating. Still I had a nice dog walk. |
