So to continue the road to a factory finish exterior I needed to think about the zunsport grille. The Lazer ST4's are just too good to remove so last night took a few measurements and came up with a plan. Found a local mate that had a standard grille so collected this and then carefully started to Dremel the openings for the lights. This took me close to 3 hrs to get the grille to slide over them both nicely. Rather than drill out the filled surround I just added some black vinyl so the white didn't show and then was able to add some small black clips to secure it. This way the lights are still all secure to the zunsport grille and the standard Grille is just sitting over. Even though it’s all coming off soon I think I will get some washers tomorrow just to see the difference, is it just the one bolt you space out? Thanks, Out of interest what the best way to host decent quality images now and get them onto the forum?
