I go to Parkside with both mine and em’s now the guy I used to use (who I thought had messed up with the new injectors) has stopped working for himself now and Parkside have been great for the last couple of mots and services. Ray

Thank you. Other than driving it I haven’t done any work on it in a good few months (including washing it, don’t tell gingez) and with winter approaching it might be a while before any updates Ray

My front o/s corner really is like a magnet!!!! Just before the big lockdown someone decided to drive into it.... so that’s 3 yes 3 times now!!! The lockdown is slowing the repair time down too but everything has been ok’d now so when the parts turn up its in for fixing.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge It’s hard to get motivation to do any work on it lately Ray Ray My build thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17615.html |

Cheers chaps I can’t even be bothered to do the work myself this time so it’s going into the garage if I remember to take any pics when it’s done I’ll throw them up. Landrover parts prices have gone through the roof though!!! It’s about £3000 in parts!! Glad my insurance isn’t paying it Ray

And it’s keeps getting better. Just been to take the dog for a walk and a passing truck threw a big stone up that made a massive chip in the middle of the windscreen Ray

Cheers Clayton. Seem to have a lot more than three things go wrong lately but nothing we can’t overcome. I’ve decided to give up on my cars for a bit and have a go at learning guitar instead although it’s just as expensive as owning Landrover’s and vws Ray
