http://www.frost.co.uk/automotive-windscre...ealer.html ACF-50 also great stuff for anti-corrosion, lots of people on here recommend it (not a wax more an oil so can wipe off easily! Stops rust dead!) |

Picked up my light guards from the powder coaters - they have done an excellent job on them for £35
If anybody wants a good powder coating company in South Somerset let me know. Bob |

On the way somewhere yesterday when the clutch pedal suddenly became a bit soft so I pulled over for a look and found the return spring on the pedal was dislocated. As I had to pass Marshall's in BSE I took the lazy route and popped in, half an hour and a cup of tea later it was all sorted. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. Another MTB night ride (8pm) using the trusty 110 to get there and back.
It's rather handy when I get there - often have to park at crazy angles up mud banks. Otherwise I don't get a space! Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion. |

Other than taking it to the dealers to have the headlamp bezels and new side steps fitted last week, I've not used it at all for two and a bit weeks - been using a (50mpg!!!! - giving my wallet a bit of a rest) - so decided to be lazy this afternoon and use the Landy to check on the sheep, as the field was dry and the muddy bogs had dried out, so it wouldn't end up covered in mud as it's still shiny and clean.... 10 minutes later and it's covered in sheep crap Duh

Loaded the OH and the dogs into the Landy and went down to the beach at Prestwick to let them have a swim. A bit wet and windy for the OH though, so she didn't have a swim When we got home we fancied a bit of speed driving, so we went for a run in the roadster and even managed the hood down for 10 mins before it started raining again I swear the only reason I know it's summer time here is because the rains warm.........
