Silly Question time - Hinges Block/dummy hinges on a Puma
Simply put - is it safe to drive around with these removed? ie Are these structurally important or just a design nod to the old flaps? Iโ€™m going to paint mine after signs of paint loss but probably going to run out of time before getting them done in one sitting by which time Iโ€™ll need to use the car again...

Apologies in advance if my stupidity offends anyone!

Quite cheap to buy a new pair though. I have a spare set painted up and ready to refit. They seem to bubble every 18 months!!

Bubbling is often caused by not allowing sufficient primer drying / curing time and or surface contamination during prep. Wink No Guts, No Glory.
