And importantly it works brilliantly if done right at the start Pop the top off the connector, fill it with instant gasket sealant, cap back on, leave to set for a day or so. Some more garket sealer around the O-rings when you install the loom and you are good. Or at least you stand a better chance of it not tracking down the wires to your ECU or dribbling out on to the aux belt. |

Good description, that is what I was referring to about sealing it. Here the best stuff to use is a product called “Right Stuff”. Canadian Tire sells it 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

I filled mine with some tigerseal as I had a tube opened up already.
Hasn't caused any problems in 10 years yet. |
