Air helpers have std tyre valves and typically run 5 to 25psi. I run 20 in mine when overlanding packed, 25 when towing, 5 rest of time. As above just adjust with bike pump. Cheers

I've got a laden 110 and use standard Land Rover springs front and rear, AirLift bags at back, Armstrong shock absorbers all round, and often carry a lot of stuff, water, extra fuel, fridge, bikes, gear, dog etc and the set up is flexible and works just fine. Pump the bags up with a bike pump, check pressure with tyre pressure gauge. |

There is a 'design flaw' with the AirLift bags - the top of the bag is retained by a plastic plug with a hole to allow the air pipe to exit. Unfortunately under load the plug gradually pops out the top, oddly enough not on all vehicles for some reason.
Anyway mines did, so I contacted the vendor and the told me Airlift were apparently working on a fix.I got fed up waiting so I got creative and solved it myself. You need a pair of inner spring retainer plates (see diagram) Item 22 and then trim the top plugs to accommodate them. Refit and away you go. Mine have been in for several years and used all over the place, laden, unladen, inroad and off and no problems. So, buy with confidence but if you DO have the problem there's an easy fix.
