Stone jammed in caliper?. Pop caliper off and see if it frees up.

It could be a seized piston also. See if you can push the pistons back into the caliper body

front flexible brake pipe failed internally
edit - scrub that as its so new and you use it in the mud most likely a caliper problem as others have said DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS, I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

I'd be more inclined to think it's the wheel bearing. if it's been over torqued or has a lack of grease they will overheat. When they go they either shatter or fuse together with the heat.

calliper bolt fell out and calliper locking on inside of wheel?
