I had a good day at Land Rover legends in Bicester yesterday and saw some lovely work. It’s good to see them for a boost in inspiration. I have completed some more fiddle bits on the hi cap. Sorted new front brake pipes and started painting the chassis with under seal, new bulkhead will go on in the next few days.

New galv bulkhead went into place last night. The fun begins now, putting the dashboard back together.

Started putting things back together on the bulkhead, had some rot on the casing of the heater blower that I hadn’t noticed, so had to carry out a little repair job.

There have been mixed reports on Shielder products on the forum so it will be interesting to see how you get on with the bulkhead. Hopefully everything will come together with ease.

Some progress, a set of super pro bushes have gone on,

Waiting for a new heater matrix before heater box goes on, some stainless flap pins, and some windscreen panel seals before the roof can go back on.
I’ll strip hubs and fit all new suspension components before putting the wings back on, and I need to replace brake hoses. Those jobs are so much easier without the wings on. 2006 TD5110 station wagon

It's a good time to fit the doors and do a preliminary adjustment on the bulkhead position, whilst it's easy to move about
